Statue Of Liberty National Monument, NY
A gift from the people of France to commemorate the centennial of American independence, the statue holds in its right hand a torch that symbolizes enlightenment and a guiding light to freedom and justice. In its left hand, it holds a tablet inscribed with the date of the Declaration of Independence. At its feet, broken chains commemorate the abolition of slavery. A hand-rendered illustration styled after the vintage poster art of the 20th century, this design is available as a poster, framed print, metal sign, canvas, or as a set of notecards or postcards. This original national park art and travel art would look great on any wall in the home, or at the workplace.
